Jannetta Thomas-Quiroz

Born in Livermore, California, as the sixth of eight children, Janetta Thomas, known spiritually as Eishyaya’Niya’Waya, was raised within the traditions of the Jehovah’s Witness faith. From an early age, she felt the tension between imposed doctrine and the quiet, eternal voice of Spirit within.

Her life’s path has been one of profound transformation. Having endured childhood trauma, molestation, and the deep wounds of religious persecution—especially as a homosexual woman—Janetta chose to rise beyond pain and shame, turning her life into a vessel for healing and remembrance.

Guided by an innate love for people, nature, and the mysteries of the human spirit, she devoted over twenty years to the study and practice of holistic healing, massage therapy, herbalism, and energy medicine. Through this lifelong dedication, she came to understand that true healing flows not from external sources, but from the divine essence and power we each carry within.

This realization, amplified through communion with sacred plant teachers and the living intelligence of creation, led her to found Sacred Bridges—a spiritual sanctuary devoted to Unifying Hearts through Ancestral Medicine.

Under her vision, Sacred Bridges stands upon fundamental principles of sovereignty, compassion, non-duality, and sacred reciprocity. The church teaches that Christ Consciousness lives within all beings, that time and separation are illusions, and that healing is a remembrance of our wholeness and divine connection to Source.

Now residing in Pueblo, Colorado, with her beloved wife Krystal and their two young sons, Janetta embodies love, authenticity, and spiritual courage. Through her work as a healer, guide, and mother, she continues to inspire others to transform pain into purpose, to awaken the healer within, and to walk the sacred bridge home to the heart.

Krystal Quiroz

Born in Tulare County, California, Krystal is the second oldest of six children. Growing up in a divided household, she faced many challenges early in life — including childhood trauma, molestation, and early exposure to drugs and alcohol. By her teenage years, she struggled with addiction, spending years searching for peace, stability, and her true purpose.

Even through her darkest moments, Krystal never lost faith. Her inner light and unshakable belief in a higher power carried her through countless trials — from addiction recovery to incarceration and rehabilitation. Each experience became a chapter in her spiritual awakening, shaping her into the compassionate and resilient woman she is today.

Now, as a devoted wife, mother, and wildland firefighter, Krystal embodies courage, faith, and service. Her work protecting the land has deepened her love for Mother Earth and strengthened her calling to help others heal.

Standing alongside her wife, Janetta Thomas (Eishyaya’Niya’Waya), Krystal plays a vital role in Sacred Bridges — supporting the vision of creating a sanctuary where people can safely share their stories, release shame, and reclaim their divine light. With a heart rooted in faith and humility, she guides others to remember that no wound is too deep for healing and no past too dark for redemption.

What People Say

Janetta helped me reach a place in my healing journey that I don't think I would have found otherwise. Her powerful intuition and ability to stay humble makes her the best medicine person I've worked with (and I've met some great ones!) She listens and has this ability to know when to push and when to step back and let us grow into out best selves. Her loving nature always makes me feel safe. She's the best!

I was devastated by anxiety & depression for several years after my wife died unexpectedly. The kindness & intuitive understanding of what I was feeling and what my spirity-body-mind needed in order to regain a positive realization of my life was remarkable. Body work released deep tissue restrictions that improved my physical mobility and Janetta was able to help my mind and spirit accept & deal with how my life had evolved. I am so thankful that I was able to find Sacred Bridges; they have truly made my life meaningful again.

My experiences with Sacred Bridges, guided by Janetta, were truly life-changing for me. During a time when I was deeply struggling with depression and feeling lost about my life's mission, her presence and the sacred space she holds helped me feel safe, seen, and supported. I was able to reconnect with myself in a profound way and begin healing parts of me that felt broken or forgotten. I walked away with more clarity, purpose, and a renewed trust in my path.
